Lily Osaki

Lily Oseki serves as Director for General Counsel for Have FAITH Foundation., bringing a deep commitment to advocacy, compassion, and lived experience to her leadership. Her role is grounded in a deep understanding of challenges faced by patients and families navigating serious illness and healthcare systems.


Lily is an Occupational Therapist with a career focused on adults physical disabilities and the geriatric population. Her work has centered on restoring function, promoting independence, and supporting patients through complex medical and rehabilitative journeys. This clinical foundation strengthens her perspective and effectiveness in her advisory and governance responsibilities.

Cancer remains a major health crisis with an overwhelming impact on patients, their families, and their relationships. Many individuals struggle with accessing quality healthcare facilities, understanding evolving medical research, coordinating care among providers, negotiating insurance coverages, and managing the financial burden of medical expenses.


Lily's commitment to this mission is deeply personal. She understands the pain families endure, having lost her devoted medical doctor to COVID-19. This profound loss, along with witnessing a close family member’s journey as a breast cancer survivor, shaped her resolve to advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.


As a General Counsel, she is proud to support Have FAITH Foundation Inc. in its efforts to assist patients and families, ease systemic and emotional burdens, and provide education, resources and advocacy. Her leadership reflects empathy, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to community-centered care.


She is a devoted mother and a loving wife who approaches every role she holds with passion and purpose.
